Payment Policy:
We offer secure and flexible payment methods: • Online payment via credit/debit cards (Visa / MasterCard / KNET) • Payment via MyFatoorah secure payment link
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.
Delivery Policy:
Order Processing: • A confirmation email is sent with the order number and full details.
Within Kuwait: • Delivery Fee: 2.000 KWD • Delivery Time: Within 24 hours from order confirmation
Outside Kuwait: • Delivery Fee: Based on the shipping carrier, calculated at checkout • Delivery Time: Within 7 business days from order confirmation
Timeframes may vary due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Modification Policy:
Orders can be modified (adding or removing items) within 1 hour of placing the order or before preparation begins, whichever is earlier. • To modify your order, contact customer service via phone or WhatsApp and provide your order number. • If the order has been processed or shipped, modifications are not possible. Return or cancellation policies will apply.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. • Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. • Perishable items (honey): Accepted for return/exchange only if damaged or expired upon delivery.
• Products will be inspected before refund/exchange approval. • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the return is verified. • Please contact customer service immediately in case of any issue.
Cancellation Policy:
If a product is unavailable, Haddrells reserves the right to cancel and refund the amount. • Customers may cancel orders within 1 hour of placement or before preparation begins, whichever comes first. • If the order has shipped, cancellation is possible, but shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error:
If the customer provides an incorrect phone number or if the delivery team is unable to reach or deliver the order due to any issue caused by the customer, and the shipment is returned to the warehouse: • The customer will bear the full round-trip shipping cost • This cost will be deducted from the total amount paid • Only the remaining balance will be refunded within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product
